OTP doesn't Work?

You may encounter an “Invalid OTP Code” error when entering a one-time password to log into your Bittilo account. In this case please follow the instructions below to solve the problem:

  • Synchronize the time on your mobile phone (to synchronize your Google Authenticator app) and your computer (from which you attempt to log in). 
  • Browse the Bittilo Login page (https://trade.bittilo.com/login) using incognito mode on the Google Chrome web browser. (You can user Ctrl+Shift+N to open a new incognito tab in Google Chrome)
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

If none of the suggested steps above solve your problem, please contact the support team to disable your OTP.
