Usually, if you deposit Bitcoin into your Bittilo wallet, it will be available after 1 confirmation. For Ethereum this number is 15 and for Bitcoin Cash, it is 2 confirmations.
You can check the status of your transaction by searching your address you send to on blockchain.info and/or check the transaction history page.
* If you've not received the amount after receiving the confirmations as mentioned, send your transaction ID to our support team at support@bittilo.com for an inspection.
